RocCera has the in-house expertise to cost-effectively manufacture the toughest ceramics known today. We have YEARS of knowledge and experience deploying ceramics into actual manufacturing environments, and access to a wide range of technologies for further growth.
In the past, a ceramic component has been 2x to 5x more expensive than a comparable steel component. Traditional ceramic machining requires diamond tooling and longer processing time. That constitutes about 80% of the cost.
RocCera will work with customers as a team to meet their specific demands for application of advanced ceramic in a product or processing equipment for improved performance and longer life. We will design, build prototypes and manufacture low, medium or high volume ceramic components. Our broad experience of implementing advanced ceramic as a longer lasting replacement material for a variety of applications will help our customers to be competitive in the marketplace.
